Currently, we are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to join the FleetNet team. The Business Solutions Analyst requires a blend of agile development and business skills and experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that enable them to facilitate sessions with multiple stakeholders to drive measurable results. This role requires impeccable organizational, time management, and communication skills, and must work well in a matrix organization.

Your contribution may include:

  • Break new UI designs down into features and stories.
  • Draft acceptance criteria for each one.
  • Document and describe all user interactions.
  • Work with analytics to define tagging and reporting requirements.
  • Lead refinement and sizing stories with team.
  • Lead sprint planning and put together sprint plans.
  • Participate in daily/weekly routines with the team.
  • Conduct acceptance testing of all stories.
  • Coordinate across teams.
  • Create materials for and provide updates in forums.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Agile Development Process.
  • Work with core application systems for a major business unit or function.
  • Investigate application-related issues with both business and IT professionals.
  • Demonstrate ability to actively participate in the long-term planning of the Company’s application goals.
  • Assist with the development of contingency plans to mitigate impact of disruption on core applications.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Business Solutions Analyst, you will be a member of the FleetNet Information Services team in Cherryville, NC

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience: Minimum, three years of industry related experience. Prior experience as a business analyst or product design, preferred.
