Manager, TMcare Operations


What You'll Do

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and coach staff including: succession planning, talent acquisition, retention, personal development, motivation, and training, monitoring goals and providing feedback.

  • Manage the daily staffing of the operation including vacations and time off

  • Knowledge of each customer and their requirements ensuring those requirements are met on a daily basis

  • Monitor the progress of the operation throughout the day and make work assignment adjustments based on changes and needs

  • Ensure all employees have a productive work load throughout the day and follow the process as required

  • Work closely with Human Resources Department and supervisors to ensure staff comprehends and complies with best practices, professional standards, internal policies and procedures, recruitment, compensation, and employee issues.

  • Counsel employees when productivity levels are not met to determine reasons and resolution for improvement

  • Continually look for ways to improve the process flow of the daily operation and provide direction to the other Supervisors and Team leads under their direction

  • Communicate with other departments within the company and maintain a positive working relationship with each department

  • Communicate any needed changes or improvements with the Fleet Managers or VP of TMcare

  • Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other members of management
