Currently, we are looking for a Shared Media Analyst to join the ArcBest team. The Shared Media Analyst is responsible for implementing lead acquisition and brand awareness initiatives via social media, creating content that engages target audiences, analyzing social campaigns, supporting social selling and corporate social responsibility programs and assisting with other digital and shared media marketing initiatives that support ArcBest strategy.

Your contribution may include:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to create engaging social content to be promoted via social media channels.
  • Engage with users using company tone and voice.
  • Create and maintain the ArcBest social content editorial calendar.
  • Create, curate and publish content for employee advocacy.
  • Monitor and formulate appropriate public responses to social media comments/messages.
  • Maintain social copy in content management platform for brand and executive review and manage the review and approval process.
  • Upload and schedule content in Sprout Social and Bambu for publishing.
  • Maintain the list of owned content URLs and image library for sharing.
  • Identify appropriate social media channels to communicate with target audiences.
  • Help identify, develop strategy for and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Support the ArcBest sales force through social selling advocacy measures.
  • Contribute to the overall ArcBest shared media strategy planning and execution.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on social campaigns, public engagement, demographics, trends and timing and competitor comparisons.
  • Develop and implement changes based on analysis to improve business results.
  • Maintain and refresh brand profile details including cover photos, pinned posts, featured videos, photo albums, profile settings and layouts based on current campaigns.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Shared Media Analyst, you will be a member of the ArcBest Customer Experience team in Fort Smith, AR. Your work hours will be 8:00AM - 5:00PM with occasional irregular hours depending on workload. Ready to apply? Before doing so, please make sure you meet the minimum requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or other related degree, preferred. 

Experience: Minimum, five years’ professional digital marketing and social media experience with strong familiarity of business applications for social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram, preferred. Prior experience with logistics, customer service and/or transportation, preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Sprout Social or other shared media and content management platforms.
