Currently, we are looking for a Digital Asset and Production Coordinator to join the ArcBest team. The Digital Asset and Production Coordinator is responsible for all corporate-wide departmental requests for internal and external production needs. This position maintains, organizes, and oversees the digital asset management platform that houses all creative assets. The Digital Asset and Production Coordinator produces and, at times, creates projects that help promote the brands and services of ArcBest, ensuring message continuity via available graphic design tools and software. This position acts as a support service for all departments to eliminate the need to seek outside vendors for such services.

Your contribution may include:

  • Create and review all presentations, including internal and customer-facing presentations.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Communicate with various ArcBest personnel, discuss ideas and instructions on how to proceed on projects, and offer suggestions for alternatives.
  • Utilize detailed instructions to control quality and produce projects from original design concept.
  • Obtain approval at various stages and coordinate the final production of a digital/print product.
  • Provide proofreading and grammar services to other departments when necessary
  • Manage, organize, edit, curate and distribute digital assets including, but not limited to: documents, images, illustrations, audio files, videos, MP3/MP4 files, PDFs, and logos.
  • Work in a team setting to accomplish departmental goals.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As a Digital Asset and Production Coordinator, you will be a member of the ArcBest Customer Experience team in Fort Smith, AR. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on workload.

Experience: Minimum, two years’ experience or formal/technical training in design and prepress, including color correction, PDFs, book layout, binding, and laminating.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other application software programs including Adobe, QuarkXPress, and Xerox software.

Other Requirements: Knowledge of logistics and trucking industry, preferred. Knowledge of production hardware and copiers including how to use them and which is appropriate for what projects, preferred.
