Currently, we are looking for a High School Student Worker, Customer Solutions to join the ArcBest team. The High School Student Worker, Customer Solutions assists the Quotations team by monitoring assigned Outlook inboxes, entering quote requests into the system, sending the requests to the analysts and/or customers as well as assisting with various projects.

Your contribution may include:

• Monitor Outlook inboxes.
• Assist customers with requests.
• Enter quote requests into IQS and Mainframe.
• Determine whether the quote can be sent to the customer or if it requires analyst review and take appropriate action.
• Communicate with team members and customers.
• Handle quote bookings.
• Create and send bills of lading.
• Assist with document retrievals and tracking.
• Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As a High School Student Worker, Customer Solutions, you will be a member of the ArcBest Customer Solutions team in Fort Smith, AR. This is a part time position that will work fewer than 30 hours per week. Typical hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on school schedule and workload.

Education: Minimum, currently pursuing high school diploma as a Junior or Senior with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Must be at least 16 years of age.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
