Currently, we are looking for a Manager, TMcare Operations to join the FleetNet team. The Manager, TMcare Operations manages the daily staffing as well as the day to day operations of the department. This position monitors the progress throughout the day and makes work assignment adjustments as needed. 

Your contribution may include:

  • Manage, monitor, and coach staff including succession planning, talent acquisition, retention, personal development, motivation, and training, monitoring goals and providing feedback.
  • Manage the daily staffing of the operation including vacations and time off.
  • Know each customer and their requirements ensuring those requirements are met on a daily basis.
  • Monitor the progress of the operation throughout the day and make work assignment adjustments based on changes and needs.
  • Ensure all employees have a productive workload throughout the day and follow the process as required.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources department and leadership to ensure staff comprehends and complies with best practices, professional standards, internal policies and procedures, recruitment, compensation, and employee issues.
  • Counsel employees when productivity levels are not met to determine reasons and resolution for improvement.
  • Look for ways to continuously improve the process flow of the daily operation and provide direction as need to team members.
  • Communicate with other departments within the company and maintain a positive working relationship with each department
  • Communicate any needed changes or improvements with the VP of TMcare and other leadership.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Manager, TMcare Operations you will be a member of the FleetNet TMcare team in Fort Smith, AR. Your work hours will be 8:00AM - 5:00PM with occasional irregular hours depending on workload. Ready to apply? Before doing so, please make sure you meet the minimum requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferred. 

Experience: Prior manager experience, preferred.

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 

Certifications: Knowledge of the TMcare processes and software.
