Currently, we are looking for a Part-Time Service Consultant to join the U-Pack team. As a Part-Time Service Consultant, you would play an integral part in our customers' residential moves with U-Pack. Our Part-Time Service Consultants stay in contact with customers throughout their moving process, in order to ensure the secure and efficient transportation of their residential belongings.

Your contribution may include:

  • Resolving customer issues, such as late transit, pricing disputes, etc.
  • Documenting customer contact and dialogues to ensure proper customer service.
  • Communicating with ABF terminal personnel.
  • Identifying system improvement needs, and working to implement the developments to ensure designated projects are completed.

As a Part-Time Service Consultant, you will be a member of the U-Pack Team. You will be expected to work approximately 29 hours per week and an occasional shift on Saturday will be required. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7am to 8pm and Saturday, 9am to 4pm.

  • Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma and equivalent experience is required.
  • Knowledge of the moving or transportation industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
