People Technology Coordinator - Reporting

Currently, we are looking for a People Technology Coordinator - Reporting to join the ArcBest team. The People Technology Coordinator supports stakeholders in understanding business requirements related to our people data within Workday. This position also participates in the maintenance, design, development, testing and deployment of custom Workday reports and dashboards in alignment of organizational goals and data security framework.

Your contribution may include:

  • Implement tools that provide managers with real time access to relevant employee information.
  • Develop and deploy standard and custom reports, dashboards and scorecards across all functional modules.
  • Assist with system audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Know and understand Workday security models and how it impacts reporting needs.
  • Interact with all functional work streams to understand reporting needs and ensure cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated for reporting.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting and best practices.
  • Analyze software releases to assess impact of new features.
  • Research, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues, as necessary.
  • Understand proper use, storage and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system data quality compliance activities.
  • Participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades, patches and other maintenance including biannual Workday releases and new system features.
  • Participate in the communication of changes and benefits to end users.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the People Technology Coordintor - Reporting, you will be a member of the ArcBest People Services team in Fort Smith, AR. Your work hours will be 8:00AM - 5:00PM with occasional irregular hours depending on workload. Ready to apply? Before doing so, please make sure you meet the minimum requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems or other related field.  Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience: Prior administration experience with an HCM, preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. High comfort level with technology.
