Service Consultant Part-Time

Currently, we are looking for a Part-Time Service Consultant to join the U-Pack team. The Part-Time Service Consultant plays an integral part in our customers' residential moves with U-Pack. This position stays in contact with customers throughout their moving process, in order to ensure the secure and efficient transportation of their residential belongings.

Your contribution may include:

  • Resolving customer issues, such as late transit, pricing disputes, etc.
  • Documenting customer contact and dialogues to ensure proper customer service.
  • Communicating with ABF terminal personnel.
  • Identifying system improvement needs, and working to implement the developments to ensure designated projects are completed.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As a Part-Time Service Consultant, you will be a member of the U-Pack Team. You will be expected to work approximately 29 hours per week and an occasional shift on Saturday will be required. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Knowledge of the moving or transportation industry, preferred.
Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office applications, preferred.
