Currently, we are looking for a Student Worker, Account Development to join the ArcBest team. The Student Worker, Account Development demonstrates initiative and integrity by contacting customers to seek resolutions for time-sensitive, mission-critical, and white glove shipments.

Your contribution may include:

• Communicate shipment status to both internal and external customers.
• Find, recommend, and implement solutions to problems.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
• Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents using computers.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Student Worker, Account Development, you will be a member of the ArcBest Customer Solutions: Support team. This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
