Currently, we are looking for a Workday HCM Coordinator to join the ArcBest team. The Workday HCM Coordinator supports the implementation of the Workday enterprise management software into the organization by assisting users with learning the system, utilizing the functions of the system, and providing security support as needed. This position collaborates with the People Technology and the People and Culture teams to support the strategic implementation of Workday into the Company’s business processes.

Your contribution may include:

  • Assist with the review of Workday (or other vendor) releases and product roadmaps to identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionality to improve and support business objectives.
  • Coordinate communications, demos and assist with creating training as needed to effectively bring change-impacted groups through the change with minimal business impact.
  • Assist with testing, validating, and implementing business processes, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives across all workstreams.
  • Help support Workday organizational maintenance.
  • Review and participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades and other systems maintenance including bi-annual Workday releases and new system features.
  • Perform audits of various data to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HCM data.
  • Work with multiple work streams, integration teams, and business units to ensure cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
  • Understand latest business objectives and translate them to system requirements for systems supported by People Technology.
  • Provide assistance to end users, as needed.
  • Assist with Workday report building as needed.
  • Assist with Workday security support as needed.
  • Assist with Workday data loads and other system configurations as needed.
  • Understand proper use, storage and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system data quality compliance activities.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As a Workday HCM Coordinator, you will be a member of the ArcBest People Services team in Fort Smith, AR. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on workload.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

Experience: Zero to two years’ experience in a related field, preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with HRIS systems, preferred. Previous experience with Workday, preferred.
