Currently, we are looking for a Corporate Trainer to join the ArcBest team. The Corporate Trainer provides cross-functional training and support to all divisions within ArcBest with the goal of improving performance. This position includes researching, developing, and conducting training for all ArcBest asset-light divisions and campuses.

Your contribution may include:

  • Champion Company values, policies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop appropriate training proposals.
  • Develop content for online training modules and instructor led training classes and other training resources as necessary.
  • Develop skills assessments to evaluate training retention and comprehension.
  • Train newly hired employees on orientation and required job skill competencies.
  • Review supervisor feedback and provide job shadowing functions to assist management with the improvement of individual performance.
  • Develop and assemble comprehensive process manuals for asset-light roles within ArcBest.
  • Develop and conduct periodic refresher training on an as-needed basis.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Corporate Trainer, you will be a member of the ArcBest HR Training team in Medina, OH. Your work hours will be 8:00AM - 5:00PM with occasional irregular hours depending on workload and training schedules. Ready to apply? Before doing so, please make sure you meet the minimum requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in training and/or a coaching role. Demonstrated success in a sales environment.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office Suite and Internal Logistics Applications.
