Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Owner-Operator Fleet Experience Intern is to assist the Owner Operator Fleet Experience team with the onboarding and retention of all Independent Contractors.

Position Responsibilities

          Assist in the design, generation, and analysis of fleet satisfaction surveys to improve engagement and satisfaction levels with the organization

          Complete outbound phone calls to gauge and track fleet satisfaction levels

          Assist in event planning for Panther’s annual Fleet Owners Meeting

          Assist in fact finding, process review and design layout for a new internal software offering aimed at streamlining employee productivity and operational efficiency

          Assist in fact finding, process review and design layout to update the Panther Fleet Mobile App

          Assist in fact finding, process review and design layout to update the Panther Fleet Web

          Analyze past fleet surveys to identify trends and patterns that may assist in the design of future fleet experience projects

          Other duties as assigned.

Education:             Must be pursuing a college degree.  Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Business majors preferred. Minimum 3.0 GPA, required.

College degree in logistics preferred.

Computer Skills:    Basic computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Work Environment

                                                          This is a corporate office environment with multiple workstations.
