Currently, we are looking for a Roadside Fleet Support Specialist to join the FleetNet team. The Roadside Fleet Support Specialist identifies customer needs and recommends the best approach that meets or exceeds customer expectations.


Your contribution may include:

  • Serve as an advocate for, and provide exceptional service to customers, both assigned and unassigned.
  • Develop and build relationships with decision makers for customers.
  • Strive to understand the needs and concerns of customers and leverage resources to meet those needs.
  • Identify new customer needs that FleetNet can address and become a catalyst to meeting those needs; seek to identify both obstacles to FleetNet serving the customer effectively as well as new needs the customer may have.
  • Recommend approaches to address the needs identified to FleetNet’s management and the appropriate FleetNet functional groups by proactively suggesting solutions that will help automate processes or improve the customer’s experience.
  • Be a team player by working with others in the Roadside Fleet Solutions team, including those customers not specifically assigned.
  • Participate in customer engagement (preparation for and/or meeting with) including, but not limited to, sale’s business reviews, project insight reviews, marketing norms, etc.
  • Manage customer profiles to effectively and easily communicate the customer protocol and engage appropriate FleetNet functional groups as necessary.
  • Participate in operational quality reviews, audits, analysis, disputes, vendor interaction and other operational activities for both active events and inactive events.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Roadside Fleet Support Specialist, you will be a member of the FleetNet Roadside team in Cherryville, NC. Your work hours will generally be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education. 

Experience: Minimum, two years’ customer service or related experience. Prior Roadside or TMcare operational experience, preferred. Prior transportation industry experience, preferred.

Computer Skills: Basic working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
